Hey guys guess what i joined the gym
I get up 5:30am in the mornings, i eat breakfast. I eat honey nut cheerios with bananas and skimmed milk. Yes i eat so early cause i don't want my belly to be full when i hit the gym. I go to nu attitude at portmore town centre. Its the best thing i could have ever done. I leave my house about 7 its a 5-10 min drive reach there about 7:15 get changed and start with warm ups. Then we do random workouts with the trainer named Floyd. He is awesome, then we take a little break and do weights, well it fluctuates based on the days. I go 5 days a week, today i did back and biceps and tomorrow i going to do abs and i forgot which other body part and then the next day i will do my thighs and on the 5th day i will do all cardio. What i need to do is pay attention to my diet, cause form i started to gym my diet still suck. So i plan to eat 2000 calories a day, for breakfast i will eat cereal; honey nut cheerios, with 1 banana and skim milk, i think it will add up to 500 calories. for lunch i eat at the restaurant below the gym cause when i finish at the gym about between the times 11:00-12:00 i am super hungry. I eat baked chicken, rice and peas with vegetables, its a medium size food i think its about 1000 calories, i think i don't know and for dinner i just drink a supligen so i think i eat 1900-2000 so i think its good, I dont know if my diet is right you guys can comment and tell me if I am doing anything wrong.
